We don’t know yet if every victim was over 18 and the indictment alleges coercion.

He hired male prostitutes from agencies so they were all 18.

However, Usher certainly was not 18 when they “lived together” for “camp” in the 90s. Usher was 15, and based on his bet award speech this year that went on an interesting tangent and they cut to commercial during the super long speech, it seems like usher may be helping this Fed investigation. He notably didn’t thank Diddy during his speech

When you say bisexual you imply both kinds of sex - same sex and opposite sex. If you’re just referring to traditional men and women sex you don’t say that’s bisexual.

Do you understand what sex trafficking means? Clearly you don’t. Being a minor isn’t a requirement. Being tape without consent also isn’t a requirement. You can tape 18+ old people and it can still be trafficking. Please go to law school or do some google research FFS.

As for partygoers not being coerced, that’s what Combs lawyer is arguing. There are several witnesses apparently cooperating. The Feds arrested him. He had 2 bail hearings, both denied due to concerns re witnesses tampering and threatening.

There are also claims he drugged partygoers. No one can consent to any sexual act when they are drugged. It is sexual assault. Any consent, if it was given, when a person is high, drug (or especially passed out) is null and void and legally doesn’t constitute consent.

He’s in very serious trouble and it is likely he will NEVER get out of prison. In addition, any of his well known associates (like Jay Z, Meek Mills, Pharrell) who do not purposefully disassociate from him now to me also look guilty.
