Good shape , good clothes, and a good smile help a lot. |

Why do people always post pictures of celebrities when discussing aging? These pictures are taken by professionals, in ideal lighting and then retouched. I feel sorry for you women who try to compare yourselves with these photos. You'll always lose.
I've seen many celebrities in person (media job) and believe me, they don't look anything close to their public photos. |

I had a client who was a news anchor and it was amazing how different she looked on tv vs in real life. On tv she was easily a 9, in person she was maybe a 6. |
