+1 "While no pictures were taken of the couple - adhering to their request for privacy as Kate recovers - their alleged appearance is an encouraging sign that she is taking her first steps towards a return to official royal engagements." It is amusing/pathetic to see posters actually hoping for bad news. |
It's a story about the special relationship between George and William, so that's the focus. Kate is in the stills, too, including the pics of them in the stands at 1:26, 1:33, 1:38, etc. But the focus of the story is on William and his son. |
Still no current pictures. Just more people posting rumors on YouTube, this time from some awesome princess fantasists. The line about Kate’s “perfect fluffy hair” was worth the watch. |
Oh, I definitely believe some rando on an internet forum! |
BBC profile pic is always black? |
DP. So let's see: when the Daily Mail - or any other tabloid-type source - publishes information about Kate, you take it as gospel. UNLESS that information is that she was seen and is ok. In that case, it's a total lie, put forward by KP or the Middletons. Got it. |
DP. Aww. You feel that you personally have been lied to. Taking this whole thing extraordinarily personally, are we? Could you possibly be just a tiny bit overinvested in the lives of complete strangers? |
Twitter going insane is true though, even if the rest isn’t. King Charles is trending and, if you click on it, it’s all tweets about him being dead/having died on St Patrick’s Day. |
How do you know they are notoriously protective of their staff to that degree? The apology seemed shocking to even long time royal commentators, who would presumably understand the perspective of KP. |
BBC reporting BP making announcement by Wednesday.
Succession & regency has come up a few times this weekend on twitter & on TikTok & it's been very interesting to see how few people understand that if Charles passes away & William is disqualified from being King whilst George remains under 18, Harry becomes Regent. It's automatic. |
Yeah but this isn't a thing. And Harry would not automatically become regent while he resides in California. So people understand better than you seem to. |
I don’t think “few people understand that” but I think a lot of people would wonder what the chances were (remote) or why William would be disqualified. |
You mean random pictures surreptitiously taken by some unhinged royal stalker and strung together in amateur videos from a long time ago, narrated with a scary AI voice? Wait a sec... did YOU put those videos together? |
Nonsense. The photo on twitter of the half mast flag is from when the Queen died. Kate was out and about this weekend and Charles was said to be in the country. Both are alive, disappointing as that may be to some. |
