Do you sleep cuddled up with your DH?

Anonymous
Just curious. I tend to need my space and don't like to cuddle in the night because I don't sleep well. DH is more of a cuddler, and I feel kind of bad about it.

No, DH cannot sleep cuddled up and if he moves, he wakes me up. The most we do is cuddle a bit before we fall asleep, touch legs under the covers, and spoon in the morning.

Kind of. We fall asleep cuddled or spooned, but generally go our separate ways during the night, and then we spoon again during the 4 minutes between snooze alarms in the morning.

Nope - neither of us would be comfortable.
We are miles apart in the king size bed!

Nope. We cuddle for a little while, but I can't really sleep that way.

Nope.

Nope, I'm a stomach sleeper and he's a back sleeper. Plus, it gets too hot.

Another no - we cuddle before we go to sleep.

I am so glad to read about all the non-cuddlers.

Makes me feel more normal.

This is us. But more so during the winter. During the summer, we'll usually have some contact (holding hands, or legs touching) but it's too hot to cuddle. In fact, just last week I said to him "I can't wait for cold weather to fall asleep with your arm around me."

Hell no.

Nope. Did when dating, but no more. He gets too hot, and kids have turned me into a light sleeper. Frankly, he rarely even makes it upstairs from where he falls asleep on the couch in front of the TV most nights.
