What time do you eat your meals and specifically dinner and then do you snack or not eat till breakfast? This is hard for me. Please no mean comments

My ideal is that I bring breakfast to work and eat it at 10am. Lunch at 1, a snack around 3 or 4, dinner around 7, and a small dessert and a low-calorie beverage (usually tea or a diet hot cocoa in the winter and iced tea or fizzy water with a bit of juice when it's warm) before 10.
If I'm busy at work and don't eat until lunch, it's easier. The hardest times for me are late afternoon at work (so I leave room in my diet for snacks then) and after dinner (I find it helpful to stay busy with something outside of the kitchen, to plan for a treat, and to brush my teeth and go to bed even if I'm not ready to sleep afterwards...can always read or something). |
Breakfast: between 6:30 and 7am
Snack: around 10am at the office Lunch: 12:30-1pm (this is usually my biggest meal of the day) Dinner: 5:45pm Sometimes I have a small snack around 8pm, too, or maybe a glass of wine. I go to bed around 11. I don't eat a lot during my meals or snacks. I'm more of a grazer and always have been. I drink about 2 cups of coffee in the morning (one at home, one at work) and I drink water all day, which probably keeps me from snacking more. |
Breakfast around 9, some grazing around 11, lunch around 1 or 2. If it was a light lunch, I'll have a snack or sweet tea around 5. Dinner is at 7, and I usually eat quite a lot then so don't get hungry until the next morning. Dessert after dinner is either nothing or fruit. |
