Weighed myself yesterday morning at the gym. Weighed myself this afternoon again at the gym, and I’m down to 193 from 195! I know it doesn’t mean anything but I feel like I got over that psychological hump and now I’m motivated to keep going! |

Thanks! I actually meant the “it doesn’t mean anything” more in terms of the fact it’s probably just water weight/natural day-to-day weight fluctuation/etc. rather than weight lost because of an actual caloric deficit but I’ve been at this weight for awhile so it’s a good feeling! |
