Bubbling gurgling gut

Anonymous
My insides sound like a bathtub draining. I don't know what to do or what to eliminate from my diet.

For the record, I eat what I believe DCUM considers a "healthy" diet.

Foods like:

Greek Yogurt
Lots of fruits
Hummus
Chicken
Fish
No red meat or pork
No processed or fried foods
Very little bread
Low sugar cereals

I'm 5-4 and weigh 128

Eat fewer fruits and add in vegetables.

Take a good probiotic.

Fruits cause gas in some people, especially apples and pears. Also, raw veggies cause a lot of gaa. Eat cooked veggies.

Take enzymes as well.

Hey there OP - fellow growler here. When do you eat fruit? By itself just after a meal? Years ago, a friend told me that if fruit was part of a meal, to eat it first because if it's last, it sits on top of all the other food in your stomach and ferments... it was like an "a HA" moment because I would feel a bit nauseated if fruit was served as dessert. Eating the fruit first allows it to do what it's intended which can assist in weight regulation.

What enzymes and where do I get them?

All kinds of fruits and all times of the day, with meals and sometimes as a meal substitute when I'm on the go. I always have what my husband terms my "emergency banana."

Look up fructose malabsorption and see if you eat/notice issues after eating the foods on the list to avoid.
