It wasn’t a lie - the MAGA crowd had been trying desperately to make people believe that the murderer was part of some leftist group starting when Kirk’s body was still warm. That was their number one priority.

Also, this should go without saying but comedians are allowed to make political speeches just like they are allowed to tell jokes in America.

The fact that Kimmel’s suspension has angered the left much more than the assassination of Charlie Kirk is hard to watch. It’s completely disgusting and I’m not sure how the Democrats can recover from the behavior since the shooting.

FFS, Rush Limbaugh made spreading hurtful lies his entire career for decades and was never kicked off the airwaves for it, instead he paved the way for tons of others spreading hurtful lies, like Michael Savage, Glenn Beck, Alex Jones, Mark Levin and others.
