I don't know who is ranked higher--it depends on the time. She literally is a co-chair of the MET gala. Some people like to say, wow, this is her first time chairing? I guess she wasn't good enough before (for 20+ years mind you). So, that means she is at the height of her career now? I personally think she has had many heights, long before this.

To first PP: do you really think Taylor Swift is the best singer/songwriter out there to warrant the millions she is raking in? especially compared to the greats who will never see that kind of money. I see JLo the same way, I may not respect her singing or acting all the time but you have to respect the hustle on both these women. Her voice is that weak she’s only 20% in the mix of her own past number 1 songs.

She didn’t get into the music biz off talent. Mariah’s ex husband Tommy Mottola wanted to make Mariah jealous by singing a hot woman to Sony Columbia Records and use payola and ghost singers to make J Lo succeed at her best acting role to date: playing a singer
