Are there any good sources of movies that can be streamed online? I sometimes watch them on Amazon. I have a Netflix account. But I'm not finding much that interests me these days.
I don't have cable so it has to be something I can subscribe to without that. Thanks for any suggestions. |
| Google Play has both movies and TV shows. |
| SnagFilms (started by Ted Leonsis) has a wide array of less popular, arty films that can be streamed for free. |

| Hulu!!! They now have live TV, too. |
| Filmstruck has criterion and TCM selections. Scroll through the OTT channels offered through your prime account and you’ll see more, along with their current movies. |
Personally, I like to use https://cinemania.pw/ to watch any old or more recent movies, very good buffering speed and it’s free. If you have a smart TV you can stream from here without problems |
| Best thing I did was upgrade my Netflix plan to DVDs. They have all the latest releases at one flat fee. |
| I LOVE Tubi! They have so many good movies that are up my alley (post apocalyptic, dystopian, etc.), and it's 100% free! I also have Netflix, Hulu and Prime, but I watch way more movies on Tubi than any of those. |
| You can stream things like PBS documentaries and The Criterion Collection through Kanopy if you have a DC library card https://www.dclibrary.org/kanopy |

We have Netflix, Hulu, and Prime video with HBO. I feel with this combo I'm pretty satisfied with my options |
