Travis and Taylor

But many childless and unwed women at her age get frantic and dramatically lower their standards. The next schmuck they see gets lucky. You think they’re just temporarily slumming it but they end up marrying the bloke. I’ve seen it countless times.

He doesn’t stack up?
Successful…family-oriented…charitable…fun-loving…
Yeah, he’s a real loser.
He may not be the artsy/musical type she’s gravitated towards in the past, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t stack up. Or that they aren’t compatible.

He’s ugly, dim, zero charisma, and will inevitably have CTE and a shorter life expectancy. Doesn’t measure up doesn’t just mean money, you superficial Swiftie.

+1.
She was heartbroken by being dumped by 2 London boys in a short period of time and pushing 35, so she said to the first Joe-schmoe who asked her out. Travis is her lowering her standards. It doesn’t mean he won’t be a good husband and dad though, just probably not enough to keep her stimulated.

You can’t fake that.

Here ya go

They have zero chemistry. And these viral videos are all orchestrated.

Not only that, but she is singing songs to him that she wrote while with Joe about Matty Healey. Ha! If I were TK, I’d honestly be embarrassed, but he is fame-hungry and not too bright, so….

Not at all. Bruce Springsteen and his wife sing a song together that he wrote about his first wife. He said when you write a song it has a certain meaning but as times change it has other meanings. Would not bother me one bit if it were me. I would be the one banging her.

This requires a level of maturity Taylor’s Easter eggs will never reach. She has trapped herself from maturing with her games.

Travis loves that he replaced them he even discussed it in a pod cast that the man on the screen is now him.

But in reality, he is just currently playing the “man role” in the TS play. She is just laying a handsome mirage onto every man she dates. That is why the songs are interchangeable for each man because she doesn’t see the real men, just lays different ideas of what she wants onto each man.

I think everyone does this to some extent, but most people out grow it.Taylor can’t because she has wrapped her fandom up in (and therefore her fame is connected to) guessing which man/person she is referring to.
She has turned into the “Peter Pan” (Taylor Version).

That’s a lot of words that mean nothing.

I don't understand how someone can go from Joe Alwyn to Travis--he recently said he had thought it was Alison Wonderland, not Alice in Wonderland. Like how ignorant of popular culture do you have to be to think that? She can do so much better. She could easily find a cultured, worldly CEO or something.

I mean she had an upbringing similar to Travis and and it's not completely out there that she would want her kids to have a similar childhood to hers. Also, it's true many times that opposites do attract.

Because Joe had depression and dating him was a chore. Dating Travis is fun and he loves family. He's a dream compared to Joe. She loved joe but could not fix him, nor could he fix him.

He is dyslexic. That is very common for dyslexic people and if you don't understand that then I question your intelligence.

She would be miserable.

Quick, quick, tell me something awful
Like you are a poet trapped inside the body of a finance guy
Tell me all your secrets, all you'll ever be is
My eternal consolation prize

Because she fell in love with Travis who apparently has everything she needs and wants in a partner, treats her like a queen, supports her and wants to be with her, and not a cultured, worldly CEO who might treat her like crap.

Because she would just be another acquisition and she refuses to be that.

Seriously? Because she’s not a 9-5 corporate person? She doesn’t live the traditional successful corporate lifestyle. She’s a performer on a huge scale. Her schedule and lifestyle is completely and totally different from most people. Whether it works with Travis or not is still to be seen. But it makes sense. They’re both big, bold, outgoing, extremely scheduled people with huge egos. They aren’t in the same profession competitively yet totally understand the time requirements.
