I'm 5'8 and 181 pounds. |
Tracking both food intake and actual exercise/activity it is eye opening and effective in a way that "eating well and exercising" are not.
Also, no booze. Sorry. ? |
Calorie counting, no sodas, just drink water, that really helps. |
Run 6 days a week and cut calories so that you have at least a -500 deficit every day. |
No eating after 7:30 p.m. This will mean you will go to bed hungry some nights. That's OK...rumbly bedtime belly equals a flat (or flatter) morning belly. |
No alcohol. |
For work holiday parties and such, have a little something, but only the very best things. Cheese tray? Have one piece of Brie or gouda or "special" cheese, but skip the pedestrian cheddar. If you go to a cookie party, have only the one best-looking cookie. |
Track your food intake religiously (calories). No empty calories. |
Eat a lot less. I've lost fifteen pounds since July doing this. |
Cut sugar and simple carbs. Add in daily exercise.
I’ve lost 40 pounds in just over 15 months. |
Join Weight Watchers and follow it religiously—stay within your points and track everything. |
Cut off your head. |
stomach flu |
EAT PROTEIN!!! It fills you up and helps you from snacking. |
No one loses 5 pounds in a month by eating cheese and cookies. Not even special ones. You have to do keto or a similar low carb program of basically chicken and vegetables and black coffee. |
