Jaysus, I didn't even notice he was in the pic. It totally looks like he's some random guy who got photoshopped in (or yeah, photo bombed someone else's pic).

He does not look well. But, when has that been any different.

Vanky's dress is way too tight. I didn't recognize Tiff - she looks... normal!

I don’t really know what her parents look like but I know those aren’t them because her father looks just like Trump, in a really creepy way, and this guy doesn’t.
