I love crossfit so much but do not like how hungry I am all of the time. I work out at least four times a week. What do you eat yo make sure you are eating enough protein, etc...?
FYI: My crossfit gym is super low key unlike some of the other gyms I have heard about. |
https://www.mensfitness.com/nutrition/what-to-eat/foods-turned-djokovic-no-1-player-game I've been eating like this for the past five years and I play competitive tennis five times a week, two hours each time. |
| I have been crossfitting since August and I have found myself hungry as well The reason is because you burn a ton of calories. I have started to take iron supplements which helps. Also I eat two yogurts sometimes three yogurts a day. |
| I have been doing crossfit for 4 years. I no longer get as hungry as I used to but at the start I used to have a protein shake (protein powder and water) straight after. Or otherwise a Quest bar. |
Stopped reading after: "Almost every day of Djokovic’s season starts with honey, fruit, and an oat-based cereal mix. “Your body needs sugar," says Djokovic. "In particular, it needs fructose, the sugar found in fruits, some vegetables, and especially honey.” Hard to take it seriously after that. |
