It is a little but what you're seeing is not inflammation. They are quite literally the injection marks. She probably figured since she was getting photographed she should freshen up her filler not anticipating that the pics would be taken at close enough range to see them.

Hot take but I actually think Susie is one of the best looking of the Trump women overall. She is in the happy medium between MAGA bimbo and disheveled and she has a very developed personal style.
