We are doing it. Like it lots. A big commitment of time and driving however. Think its worth it!

We're doing this , but we're not finding enough time for ABA. My 27 months doing 10 hrs/week ABA along with achievements program! Any inputs on whether we should go for more ABA and skip achievements program or do achievements program and skip mire ABA? Really confused!

As someone who has an external referral for my son (not to Kennedy Krieger), I can tell you it's possible but you need to get to the right people.
They deny most requests automatically so you then need to check in and resubmit.
Stay on your dr - they often don't know how to do the referrals and don't know when they are rejected because the notices go out by snail mail!!!

Kaiser has preferred external referral partners but drs don't even know this and often waste time asking for local places that Kaiser is never going to approve.
