They deny most requests automatically so you then need to check in and resubmit. Stay on your dr - they often don't know how to do the referrals and don't know when they are rejected because the notices go out by snail mail!!! Kaiser has preferred external referral partners but drs don't even know this and often waste time asking for local places that Kaiser is never going to approve. [/quote]
