What does your 18 month old LOVE to play with?

I need a great gift for the 18 month old that has everything (due to an older sibling). Looking in the under $20 range. Help!

The little Duplo Minnie Mouse and Daisy figures. She is too young to put the Duplos together or even care about the little house but adores these little Duplo figures. She takes them everywhere with her especially in the car. We got her a second set of Duplos with Mickey, Donald and Goofy and she calls then "the guys" and plays with all five of them all the time - but only Daisy and Minnie go in the car...

She has never seen TV and has only one Mickey Mouse book so I have no clue why she loves them so much.

Mine frickin loves lift-the-flap books. She’ll sit there forever with “dear zoo” and “deep sea dive” just lifting the flaps and making the animal noises.

Bristle blocks, pop-up tunnel, lift-the-flap books.

Also a water table, but it's probably too late in the year for that.

Here, too! Still going strong at 2.5YO. We also have those "Where's Baby's (puppy, Valentine, etc)". A lot of our flaps have been fixed with tape so new ones would be a great gift!

Anything that's not an actual toy. Brooms, vacuum, diaper boxes...

An actual toy he likes the most would be mega blocks.

Mine loves the toy broom and pretend wooden food and pots and pans.

Also, anything with a zipper. He pretty much loves opening and closing containers and putting stuff in and out. Maybe a busy board with zippers, buttons, etc.?

Baby doll stroller and a baby doll. DC zooms the stroller around with her sippy cup or other assorted items in it. You can get each for around $10.

Reusable sticker books, duplos, matchbox cars, and new books will always get used.

At that age, I think the best gift is a cheap stuffed animal toy and a giftcard so the parents can decide.
