Or would you pick a different color? The house is mid-century split level. Walls are a light gray, floors are a medium oak.

| Different color. You'll hate it in no time at all. Use pillows to bring in strong colors, that green is not neutral and very dateable. |
Thanks. I do like the style of these couches and Macy's has good discounts. Which color do you prefer? https://www.macys.com/shop/product/nari-tufted-back-loveseat-with-2-toss-pillows-custom-colors-created-for-macys?ID=4473379 Here are the custom options. |

+2 I actually really like that couch and color, but I agree that you'll get sick of if and be annoyed with yourself in 3 years. Go for a neutral and add pillows. |
What color is the room? If light, pick Urban or Solitude. If it's a deeper color, go with Mellow. |
Sorry, add Ashen to the list for a deeper color. |
I like the dark teal one they call tranquil. You could go in a lot of directions with it and it's a gorgeous color. |
OP here. i LOVE that color but I'm also worried I will get sick of it quickly. In person it's very bright/vibrant. Not muted at all. I think urban is the color then. So now what rug??!?!? I will do a marble top oval coffee table, a potted tree, one end table, one bookshelf, one standing lamp, and 2 accent chairs. I liked the idea of gold metal accents. |
| Or maybe Ashen. |
| I really like the seafoam couch. I also like teal. Believe it or not you can get bored of more neutral beige/brown/tan colors, too. Having a splash of color in the room is nice. If you can coordinate artwork and pillows (like they did in the picture) that would look nice. |
| OP, on my monitor that couch looks more Jade than sea foam to me. I'd def go check it out in person if you are going to go for an unusual color. |
Thanks. I saw it in person this past weekend and it's definitely seafoam. It's a comfy couch and I love the style, especially the legs. Is it weird to have different gray couches in the same house, not the same room? Our sectional in the family room is a medium gray, but very different fabric than the one above. The sectional is in the first lower level and this couch will be when you first walk in to the house. |
| We had sea foam green early 2000s it's time had passed. |
Nah, seafoam is a coastal color that is still being used. Besides, it's been 15 years (pushing 20) since the early 2000s, colors have a way of cycling back into fashion. |
