| I asked him to email me something really really important today before this damn event even started. He hasn't done it and I have asked him 3 TIMES. Instead, he sent me a cute picture of him in his hackathon t-shirt. I get really frustrated when he doesn't keep his word. It has happened a lot. |
| What the heck is a hackathon? |
| What was he supposed to email you? |
| The women here are THE most frustrated people in the world. You got a nerd for a mate. Expect to be second or last on his list. |
Trust me his di** is going to be very frustrated after this event........ that's for sure |
| Wait. You said you asked him to send you something. Then you said he didn't keep his word. Did he even GIVE you his word he'd do it? |
|
Just 3 times?
Ha ha. If only I had to ask only three times for my super geek husband to do things. |
yes he said "later" |
OP here: I don't think he's a geek or nerd. He's athletic and doesn't play video games or read comic books. And he's not really smart enough to be a nerd either. Perhaps he's just a dork who won't have a girlfriend soon. |
| Move on. It will only get worse. These men never change. |
He does sound like he will soon be without a girlfriend! What is hackathon anyway? |
| Are you going to answer what it was he was supposed to send you? |
OP here: It's a long story and I don't want to give too many details. There is no such thing as different degrees of promise. Either you do or you don't. This counts for the little things too. It really comes down to trust and can't trust his word. He's so flakey. |
| You're intense. This guy is too laid back for you. Your nagging and complaining probably scare him. Walk away. |
| So OP you are disorganized and expected your boyfriend to drop everything and bail you out of your latest screw up, and are pissed at him for not being your on-call secretary. you are the only one responsible for your life, op, get your own shit together first and stop blaming others for your problems. |
