Robert White is in his 30s and graduated from Archbishop Carroll so I assume he is also not particularly fond of public school in DC |

Why should someone be held accountable for the choices their parents made 20 years ago. He ran on a platform of supporting DCPS and probably intends to send his offspring to DCPS. |
