| Up till this year, DD has always had school parties for her birthdays but now that she's in K this no longer works. Can anyone recommend a good indoor venue that would be convenient to the Falls Church area? Other than someplace like Little Gym, I'm drawing a big blank. Unfortunately our house is just too small to host. |

| Bowl America. |
| I haven't been to it but Swim First does parties. We've gone to Sterling or Ashburn to the bounce house places. It books up fast but the firehouse tour sounds fun. My son and daughter would both like it. http://www.fallschurchvfd.org/birthday2.asp |

Jumping Joeys in Falls Church. Pretty much every 6 year old birthday party we went to last year was there.
Or paint your own in Falls Church City Tea with ms b in FCC |
| Shadowland laser tag in Alexandria. |
| There is laser tag in Falls Church too. |
They only have 3 dates left before March 2918! I also think that by 6 most of the kids are over the fire truck stuff. |
Interesting. So the Falls Church location is age-appropriate for 6 year olds? There are some reviews on Yelp complaining it's primarily geared toward toddlers. |
I've been there and think 6 year olds would be bored. I posted about the firehouse and thought they'd still like trying on the outfits. Other places I've thought of but haven't been to - Clay Creations to paint pottery or School of Bach in McLean. We've been to Born to Dance in Vienna and Muse Paintbar in Mosaic. Some kids loved them and others didn't. It depends if they liked painting or dancing. I thought the staff were great at both. Michael's and other craft stores also do parties. |
6 is too old for that place. My kids all outgrew it by about 5 |
