This was her her 59th birthday party. According to TMZ it's the first time we've seen them altogether in a picture.

I wonder who raises all of them. Does she take them to dental appointments, Dr. appointments? Does she attend all their after school activities and conferences? I would love to have one of the children write a book about growing up in the house with a single mother from Detroit who lives in England and adopted children from Africa.

Its probably a very cool family but I have so many questions.

Anyone know what the theme of the party is? At least they look like they are having fun. Some of the celebrity kids look totally miserable in kids.
Neil Patrick Haris's kids always seem to be genuinely having fun too.

Most of them probably rarely see their parents and have a nanny or several raising them. They have lots of money and material things but not the time.

They probably think it's better than being an orphan in a poor nation. I'm no fan of hers, but there are parents in the DMV with one kid that the au pairs are raising. You don't see the parents at BTSN, soccer games, or sleepovers because they are chasing the almighty dollar. The nannies are taking kids to dental appointments and tucking them in at night.

Maybe they send their nannies to pick up because they don't want to chat with you.
