Texas A&M has only 1 RD - none of the EA or ED drama. GPA: 4.2, SAT 1500+ and National Merit I think its the national merit that got DC in - A&M looks at that and also has decent scholarships for NMFs. |

PP here. They had a local reception and said that if you submitted your application prior to the reception date, you could qualify for a decision to be given at the reception. I think technically it's not the same as when a college goes to a high school and reviews the application right then and there. Anyway, UMW gave out envelopes with the admission decision/merit aid info. It was a very nice touch, which we as parents appreciated. |
