The flaws in this case and particularly in the jury instructions are outlined all over the media, I’m sure you can read just fine. Luckily for you it’s not like Biden’s mental acuity which the media hid - these issues were covered widely.

Our brilliant founding fathers didn't think the American public could ever be dumb enough to nominate a person with Trump's character and therefore they didn't see the need in adding such a stipulation to the POTUS eligibility requirements.

They didn’t think the public would be voting for potus. They thought state legislatures would.

Or maybe it is the opposite: they knew that political persecution is a possibility and purposefully did not include the provision about felony convictions.

We established nothing. Trump conviction will be overturned on appeal. There is nothing that can overturn Joe’s dementia.
