Lawsuit against Fox News regarding Seth Rich conspiracy theory: explosive details

David Folkenflick has a report this morning about a lawsuit filed by former DC police detective Rod Wheeler against Fox News:

"Wheeler alleges Fox News and the Trump supporter intended to deflect public attention from growing concern about the administration's ties to the Russian government. His suit charges that a Fox News reporter created quotations out of thin air and attributed them to him to propel her story."

"On April 20, a month before the story ran, Butowsky and Wheeler — the investor and the investigator — met at the White House with then Press Secretary Sean Spicer to brief him on what they were uncovering.

"The first page of the lawsuit quotes a voicemail and text from Butowsky boasting that President Trump himself had reviewed drafts of the Fox News story just before it went to air and was published."

Spicer confirmed the meeting.

It is unbelievable that the White House and Fox News would be interfering with a homicide investigation in this manner.

Independent here, I have been waiting for somebody to sue Fox News.. Never has there been a new organization that lies so much to pander on to their base. They sell you sh$$t and you dumbasses pay good money to buy it. This is what is wrong with America.

I like this line:
Spicer now tells NPR that he took the meeting as a favor to Butowsky, a reliable Republican voice. Spicer says he was unaware of any contact involving the president. Butowsky now tells NPR he was kidding about Trump's involvement.

Those folks love to joke around! And the Dems must have no sense of humor... we just don't get the joke.
- Trump was joking about encouraging the police to use force.
- McCarthy was joking when he said Putin was paying Trump.
- Trump was just joking when he encouraged Russia to find the emails.
- Trump was just joking about having tapes of his conversation with Comey.

I think all the 24-hour news channels suck because they're all about ratings and sensationalizing the news. But Fox news has done a lot to destroy the our democracy by pedaling lies.

It is just lies that Fox is pedaling. It is Russian sponsored propaganda. Fox News, Wiki Leaks and Russia are promoting the SAME false stories. Almost as if they were ... coordinating. Hmmm....

Yes. Here are some other players and events:

DNC IT staffer shot in the back. Murderer not known. No robbery.
DNC leaks at around the same time.
DWS was chair of DNC.
DWS IT staffer and his family members who were also IT staffers for many Dem Congressmen are under investigation for fraud.
DWS IT staffer had access to her email, devices, etc. Because DWS was chair of DNC it is not ridiculous to question that her IT staffer had access to DNC information.

Realistic speculation: These guys were bad actors. Could they have been involved with the hack? Could Rich have been "on" to them? Lots of unanswered questions. This would not preclude Russian involvement, but it might be connected to it.

This does not mean that there is a connection, but something here really, really smells.

No offense, but you are buying what Wikileaks/Trump/Fox/Russia is selling you.

You are part of the weak-mined, low information voter the Trump people are counting on.
