Anyone here still eat tv dinners? If so, would you consider Healthy Choice and Smart Ones to be the pseudo healthiest?
I've never been a huge fan of them per se plus they don't keep me full but sometimes I forget my lunch and I was thinking of just buying a few and keeping them in the freezer at the office in the event I forget my lunch. |

I'm not a big fan of those meals. Like you said, they're not filling.
I keep a couple of can of Amy's lentil soup at work. The veggie/lentil is delicious and fills me up. |
| I work with a guy who brings in a Marie Callender's every day. |
| I like Evol a lot. |
| I used to do this until someone started stealing them. Now, I cook extra on the weekend, freeze it in individual servings, and bring a couple to work. People are less willing to steal homecoming. |
Many of the Evol ones are good. And I still have pot pies for dinner some times, usually Blake's nowadays. |
| I keep the Amy's ones for this purpose. |
| I buy a bag a steam in the bag veggies and add them to the meal. It bulks it up a bit. |
| When I worked in an office, I had a small drawer with soups, mac & cheese, granola, etc. |
| Try Whole Foods - spice something (can't recall the name), but chicken tila masala is good |
| Pp Tika |
| TJs has good ones. My DH takes the indian entrees a lot - butter chicken, tikka masala, greens and grains, etc... |
| Agree with TJ's Indian entrees, as well as the Tandoor Chef ones. I find the others too bland. |
I did this all through grad school. If money is not an issue, I use Trifecta Nutrition. They sell things a la carte, but here's the link for their meals: https://shop.trifectanutrition.com/classic-meals/ |

I keep one in our freezer at work for those days when disaster strikes and I can't get away for lunch. They aren't filling, but they do hold me over in a pinch.
I hate eating them because they're so full of salt. I feel bloated afterwards. |
