What a breath of fresh air it is to listen to Bob and Ray Knight! F.P. really annoys me with his arrogance, his stupid jokes, his lame nicknames for players (Daniel "Hits" Murphy), his reference to "taters", I could go on and on. Sometimes I listen to the radio play by play even when it isn't synced with the game. Anybody else? I think he'll be back tonight

I love FP! I like Ray a lot, too, but I missed FP during the Reds stand.

I really like the whole crew: Bob and FP with Dan during the game, and then Johnny and Ray before and after the game. I love seeing Johnny and Ray when we're at the ballpark. Ray is especially friendly to the fans and always wiling to shake hands and have his picture taken.

FP an acquired taste. I enjoy him now.
Love Ray and will stay up after late game, even when I should be going to bed to watch his report. I'm a relatively new fan to baseball (last 3-4 years) and have learned a lot from both.

FP is a Nats homer. Plain and simple. Great if you're a fellow Nats fan but annoying if you're a fan of another team. He does provide decent insight into the Nats, but knows very little of opposing teams. He's becoming more seasoned each year though and I look forward to his evolution as a commentator.

Major Nats family - season tix holder. Baseball family. None of us like FP but tolerate it though sometimes turn sound off Like Johnny and Ray Both nice guys in person. Radio announcing is good

Btw. My ds recently told me that the tv announcing crew was rated near bottom of MLB

OP here--That's what I'm talking about!

I know others in RL who like him, but I have disliked him from the first time I heard him, and all along it has seemed to me that Bob doesn't really like him either.

And BTW, I am a total Nats fan, never miss a game, mostly on TV but in person as much as possible without being able to afford season tickets.

Cannot stand F.P. (which made things interesting when we were practically neighbors for a couple years) He's not even an acquired taste like Locker on the Caps broadcast. F.P. is just.....bad.

Totally enjoying the radio broadcast during this game with the Diamondbacks which is synced almost perfectly with the TV broadcast. Charlie and Dave rock!
