There are no facts which is the reason this is compelling/a mystery. It’s all speculation .

What was supposed to be a fact (Mothers Day Photo ) revealed by the Palace was given a kill notice by press organizations . The Palace lost all credibility. Whatever they say, won’t be believed

They have smartly returned to Never explain.

I have several relatives who underwent abdominal surgery. Those who did not require a colostomy bounced back quickly (even with a colon resection). Those who ended up with a colostomy really struggled—both physically and psychologically. It’s not pleasant. And as a still-young woman, I suspect it’s rather devastating.

I’m on team divorce and DV. Generational trauma is powerful yet a colostomy bag is not outside the realm of possibility for sure

Malnutrition and starvation can cause inflamed intestines/bowel disorders.. Over time, it could lead to a bowel obstruction and need for surgery.

The digestive system needs some fuel. It’s like driving without gas would harm your car. Teeth also get ruined with starvation because not eating harms teeth just as much as eating too much does

So I’ve been kind of co fused whenever people say this must be why she hasn’t been seen and doesn’t want anyone to know. You can easily hide it under a loose dress, which she has been known to wear, a heavy sweater, a blazer, etc. Shouldn’t be a problem for her.

Was just going to say this. She’s always looked athletic and narrow to me, not malnourished. Her skin, teeth and hair look healthy. Nor does she look like a drunk.
