Steroids- which are used for GI/gastro/crohns/ulcerative colitis or a kidney transplant or Lupus give you a moon face. Steroid face is common with many diseases/issues. The other is antidepressants which can cause weight gain.

I mean, it’s unlikely a brain tumor would be diagnosed during a scheduled abdominal surgery.

By contrast, it’s quite feasible that one might require a colostomy when undergoing abdominal surgery.

I don’t think so. She could get privacy and recover at the Palace if she wanted to and a colostomy bag doesn’t mean she can’t make a video statement from the neck up. Her family who are very close was never seen going to London Clinic during her surgery and neither was Will which is unusual for what we know about the close knit Middletons. No pictures of cars leaving the palace to school so William being on the school run daily makes no sense .

Her staffers have also come out and said they don’t know what’s going on and there’s radio silence.

The Daily Mail, editor is friendly with the Middletons, has slowly been throwing punches at Will.

But the staffers would say they don't know what's going on, wouldn't they? They'd be carefully instructed to say they don't know what's going on.

They have done just that . Page Six reported that Kates staffers they don’t know what’s going on and there’s a shroud of secrecy.

There are no facts which is the reason this is compelling/a mystery. It’s all speculation .

What was supposed to be a fact (Mothers Day Photo ) revealed by the Palace was given a kill notice by press organizations . The Palace lost all credibility. Whatever they say, won’t be believed

I know someone who has one and it’s really not a big deal. Very easy to hide.

So I’ve been kind of co fused whenever people say this must be why she hasn’t been seen and doesn’t want anyone to know. You can easily hide it under a loose dress, which she has been known to wear, a heavy sweater, a blazer, etc. Shouldn’t be a problem for her.
