Thayer is pretty poor and filled with immigrants. Not saying that is good or bad but it is what it is.

5 adults living in $500,000 homes is 5 adults living in a home.

What does that even mean? Yeah, 5 adults living in any home is still a home.

The hundreds of apts are not 500k homes. The shitty brick homes closer to dale are not 500k homes, the down right slummy apts up towards ESS are not 500k homes. The bungalows and homes past the apts and closer to DDTS are 500k and still run down and only recently attractive to people who want to be near an urban area no matter.

Excuse me, do you live in this neighborhood? I do. Apparently my neighbors and I disagree because houses here go under contract within a week. So tired of your bullshit.

What posters like that mean is: I overpaid for this builder's grade house in a W cluster and Larla didn't even make HR, so I have to justify it somehow. I know: "immigrants".

+1. That's my impression, too. "I overpaid for my crappy townhome in Nova to house my loveless family."

A review of the actual complex by a former or current tenant would be deeply appreciated.

I don't live in Silver Spring, I just like to call out posters like you who make racist comments about diverse areas. Neo nazism is reprehensible it's chilling that you would embrace their mentality.
