I noticed in the videos, he'd be weeping and wailing, then when someone would ask him a question and he'd respond clearly without so much as a tremble in his voice. When I'm that distraught, I can hardly hear, comprehend or talk.

The judge is losing it. At a recent prosecution objection to repeat content already introduced by the defense, she said:

"Yes, I'll sustain the objection."
