| get me one too please! |
| No help from me. I had a QPC yesterday. |
Whenever I want something bad, I try to think of an alternative food that I'll enjoy but isn't as bad. So if I'm craving a Shake Shake burger and fries, I'll get a good chicken sandwich and no fries instead somewhere. |
| Go for it- you get to indulge in cravings every once in a while |

A Big Mac is 563 calories. The meal with fries and sugary soft drink is a lot more than that. But the Big Mac is 563 calories.
That is not that terrible. If that is what you crave, maybe it's time for a splurge. |
| Well you can't eat anything else the rest of day. And tomorrow you may want to wear a swimsuit. |

Vincent: They call it a Royale with cheese.
Jules: A Royale with cheese. What do they call a Big Mac? Vincent: Well, a Big Mac's a Big Mac, but they call it le Big-Mac. |
| It has all the food groups, what is so bad about it? Enjoy. |
| Get a cheeseburger with 'mac sauce' or the Jr. Big Mac. Flavor - a lot less guilt. |
| Skip the fries and soda and you'll be fine calorie-wise. |

I'll take one. Hold the fries and drink though. Grand Mac.
Once a year I get one. I literally live 2 minutes from a McDonalds. Never eat anything from there because something in the hamburgers or the oil in the chicken nuggets makes my chest hurt. Something causes me to breathe funny whenever I ate from there. I gave up soda and fries many years ago. I take a swig of liquid Benadryl before eating. I miss Chinese food. Same bad reaction times 10. Gave that up too. |

When was the last time you had one.
If more than 6 months ago, go for it. You need to indulge every now and again! |
+1 If I'm truly craving something, I'll eat it, but without the extras. I would end up eating a ton more calories if I tried to beat the cravings, because I wouldn't be satisfied. |
