Refused breathalyzer, and arrested. He looks pretty out of it in his mugshot.

| The world's first billion dollar athlete and he's too cheap for Uber. SMDH |
I'd say for most people driving after drinking, it's much less about being "cheap" (billionaire or regular Jane/Joe), and more about pride - "I can handle it" or "I'm fine" or "I don't need the inconvenience." Stupid, selfish people. Not necessarily cheap, though. |

Tiger Woods is such a has been and really
Hasn't played a good game of golf in a while. Time to retire. It's sad because golfers careers can last much longer than other atheletes. |
| I am sad for him. He has so much potential (as another poster said, golfers can golf much longer than most other athletes can play their sports) but he just can't seem to get over his addictions. I remember how exciting it was when he first hit the circuit. What a long fall he has had. I wish him the best and I hope he gets the help he needs. |
| He's human. Making a lot of bad decisions lately but let's not crucify him. |
Drunk drivers should be crucified (and not just when they kill someone), whether by Tiger or anyone else. Not all "bad decisions" are the same. |
That was my first impression. Couldn't be bothered to take Uber, couldn't be bothered to get a hotel room at a nice hotel. Instead, he has to get in a car and put his life, the lives of anyone riding with him and the lives of anyone else out on the road that night with him in jeopardy. Why? |
|
I can't stand the guy. He's a loser, I don't care how many golf tournaments he won. And I love golf!
One of the things I hate the most about him is when he's playing and he has a mic on, and he knows it, yet he cusses and acts like a total asshat. What a great role model for kids! |
| Loser |
This. I feel bad for the guy and hope he gets his act together soon for his kids. |
I hope he gets his act together before he gets in a wreck and kills somebody - maybe even his own kids. Sorry, not a lot of sympathy for someone who easily could have taken a cab. |
| He's Madeline statement. He was on prescription meds. |
That should read he made a statement. Autocorrect is ridiculous |
Doesn't matter. He was obviously impaired. He either took too much of his prescription or he was driving against doctor's orders. I'm sorry the guy is probably in pain after having had surgery but that does not give him an excuse to drive under the influence. |
