His sentence was way too long. Just because he is an unpopular defendant is no reason to give him an absurd sentence.

He should have gotten maybe 5 to 7 years tops. He should be punished for the crimes.

The rule of law works for all of us. And it works best when allied to all. This kind of hysteria is how we end up with drug offenders doing life without parole.

Harvey is not the most disgusting aspect here.

Far more disgusting is that all of Hollywood KNEW about Harvey, members of the Sheen family, the other big-wigs who raped the 2 Coreys, Roman Polanski (who remains free), the whole "casting couch" culture, etc.

"Rape culture?" - Hollywood is the very definition of rape culture.

So why do we keep celebrating Hollywood with extravagant awards shows, fawning websites, endless revenue streams & overpriced movies, magazines - even this sub-forum dedicated largely to Hollywood-worship?
