This adult should have graduated HS with the class of 2021. He is 20 years old now playing against 15 - 19 year olds, had to reclassify twice in HS. |
| That is not true. To purposely and knowingly spread false statements is defamation. |
It's like nobody can read the rules of the IAC and the state. You can't play HS sports as a 20 year old. And I'm not even a Bullis fan, but whether you like it or not, those are the facts. He's the same age as many of the Prep/DC Dogs kids, btw, which I am very familiar with if we want to start naming 19 year old seniors. |
Not sure they need another ball hog. |
| Band is 10x better than Wade |
Why isn’t Wade playing? What’s he taking college courses? |
Im guessing this has some merit. Looking at their schedule the only “local” non league opponents on SJCs schedule this spring is Bullis. Maybe the Baltimore coaches have an ace to grind too as BL was the only team from Baltimore on their schedule too. Last year Spalding, Calvert Hall and GP all played the Cadets. |
| Spalding has been way worse on trying to poach players. Their best player this year got poached from a Frederick County public school |
| All privates try to steal players from other teams. Some are just way more overt about it. |
Man talk about a long haul too. Frederick to Spalding during rush hour has to be a brutal commute. The overall quality of play in Frederick county (while it has made some great strides in the past decade), is still no where near what you would see in MOCO, Anne Arundel or Baltimore county. Urbana is generally is the cream of the crop for Frederick county. |
| Alot of Frederick county's lacrosse talent goes elsewhere to private schools mostly in the WCAC or MIAA. Sure, some stay and play for schools like Urbana ( a school that uses it IB program to poach players from other publics in the area) and Linganore. Those two schools have 3 state titles between them for lax in the last 10 years. Other Frederick publics have some talent but not alot of depth which is unfortunate. Plus, if you have ever seen lacrosse in the county you will be shocked at the level of incompetent officiating. |
| Anybody have a score on SCJ v The Heights? I am assuming SJC won due to the lack of posting. If the Heights had won, there would have been no end to the schadenfreude |
| All the SJC students and fan-dads on here are desperately searching for a dictionary to figure out what schadenfreude means. |
18-6 |
| 18-6 so I guess rumors of The Heights being a contender are not that accurate |
