Gender does NOT supersede sex. Gender USED to be a term interchangeable with "sex" to designate male or female. One's sex cannot be changed.
A 5 YO does not understand the concept of "gender" as it is currently used.
There is no place for gender instruction in the elementary years.

Why would there be an age restriction on gender instruction? Kids will get it much more easily than some of the old-timers on this thread. They also understand why it’s important to be nice to everyone. Maybe you can learn something from these kids.

Not the medical definition, but young kids won’t struggle neatly as much as you. Sit back and learn something from them.

Learn how to kind and respectful of people who are different than you.

You can teach kids to be respectful without telling 5 year old girls that they might really be boys or boys might really be girls. Parents don’t want that in the classroom. The democrats are risking future elections by pushing this into public schools.

The Biden administration is all-in on transgender issues, with no regard for the impact on women or children’s health. It goes far beyond one school district.

The republican party decided this was the new moral panic along with CRT (which is not actually taught in public schools it's a law school topic) to create a fake moral panic.

I’m curious as to your position. Do you think no schools are teaching “gender identity” lessons? Do you think young kids are not transitioning? Do you think minors are not getting hormones and surgery? Or do you think it’s not a problem that these things are happening? Those are two different positions. I’m curious which one you hold.

So when Billy's friend Johnny starts wearing dresses, referring to themselves with feminine pronouns and changes their name to Suzie, Billy should ask his doctor to explain what's going on? That seems like a little much.

- used risk of suicide bullying
- used ageism bullying
- used ‘lack of intelligence’ bullying

Someone who pushes an agenda, usually for some sort of political clout that’s hidden. It’s usually exposed through behavior (i.e. a politician pushing an issue like climate change while flying private and building oceanfront homes. The lines are often blurred, which causes patient harm.
