I've lived in questionable apartments with bad management, and I've received erroneous letters and calls from collections agencies. I've had friends who were sued by apartment management companies. The reason people are willing to pay more for smaller apartments is to get better management.

Somehow, it's not surprising that the bad apartment management, in this instance, is our president's SIL. That's the caliber of people in our highest level of government.

Fake News. A lot of times the property mangement is contracted for a certain period of time. I dealt with this in a condo property in Arlington and couldn't do much until the contract that was signed with them was up. As soon as it was, I got someone else. How this is tied to Trump or his fault is anyone's guess.

I'm not sure I understand your post. You're saying Fake News because Kushner is overly aggressive at suing former tenants, whether or not the facts favor the tenant?

Bullshit! It wasn't the property management company that sued the lady at the top of the article. It was Jared Kushner's LLC. And you may not have leverage over your property management company with one condo, but Kushner has a ton of leverage over his. The property management company operates four apartment complexes. Kushner's business represented a substantial portion of their property management income.

PP is saying that because he or she had a bad third-party manager once, this entire story about how Kushner Cos. manages its own properties is untrue.

There is literally no one associated with Trump and his family that is not a complete garbage person. It's shocking, really, that there could be so much horribleness concentrated in such a small group. I hesitate to call them evil, because that at least implies some purity of purpose.
