Army Wives

I started watching on Netflix and it's corny and cliche and cheesy but I love it! I love all the women especially Claudia Joy and Roxie!

This was my first taste of Sterling Brown so it has a special place in my heart! I will warn you…by the end it gets REALLY REALLY bad and unrealistic. But the first 4 seasons were bearable.

Agree with PP. I loved the first few seasons... the last one is horrible. Especially the whole completely random 'oh {main character throughout the series} died from an ongoing disease! We're so sad! And lets move on...' so dumb lol

Wow, PP. spoiler alert? That was rude....why would you ruin a show like that?

Like the others, I liked the first few seasons. But it was always unrealistic to me. As a Military Brat, there is no way in hell that Officer wives and Enlisted wives would ever become friends!

I'm a wife of a Marine officer, and I absolutely disagree. Most of my "Marine wife" friends are wives of enlisted men. We met through a playgroup on base for new moms and their babies, organized by the New Parent Support Program (an official organization on the base--this was nearly 20 years ago) We live in many different countries now (England, Ireland, Germany, Japan, US) but are still in contact. Some are still Marine wives, some are wives of retired marines, some are widows, and some are wives of men who got out after a few years. We started as women as young as 18 or as old as mid 30s, wives of PFCs, Master Sgts, and Captains.
