I am a WOC interested in primarily dating/marrying a white guy because frankly I have always found them very attractive. I notice among my friend group that there are some ethnic women who are white men magnets and exclusively date white guy after white guy. Others never get approached by them. Why is this? How can I increase my chances of having a white guy be interested in me?

Also, what is your religion? This makes a big difference especially if you are talking marriage.

I think that where and with whom you are socializing also makes a difference. Also, you could just ask out white guys. If they aren't interested in dating you because you're not white, you don't want to bother with them anyway, and most likely they'd just say no right out of the gate.

When I was younger( in my 30s now) I was very attracted to white guys but none of them were interested in me....now that I'm older (happily married with a son) I find older white guys trying to flirt with me. I think it's more of the "Asian Fetish" thing though...

It might be that your friends are just proactive about their swirling. Once they get with that first white guy, they're sort of "in the club," making it easy to move to another one.

I think a lot of white guys won't approach WOC because they assume WOC don't like them or they just don't want to deal with the inevitable racial sensitivities. It's just easier for some people to stay in their own lanes.

+1 Agree that you need to state more info as just stating you're a "WOC" is far too nebulous. I'm currently widowed; however, my wife was Asian with a very exotic look (which I prefer). On that note, I was in Ethiopia for a few weeks on business and let me share that I saw 10-20 Ethiopian women that were drop dead gorgeous. Yes, the thought crossed my mind on what it would take to emigrate one of these lovelies as my luck with DC women sucks beyond belief.

+1. Whenever I hear someone state they they ONLY want t one people outside their race, whatever that race is, I think that person has some self-hate, fetish, shallowness or other unlikeable quality. That's very different than saying you are attracted to people of other races and open to dating them AND men from your ow brace.

Keep hanging out with your friends that date white guys and ask the white guys if they can fix you up with one of their friends.
