| Or you could just google the Club you are interested in---it will be posted there. |

Yes because everyone knows the names of all the clubs. All those u9 parents know all the clubs in the area.... What are the names of those clubs...something like YZFt and BVC... LOL keep it secret. |

At U9--you should pick the closest one. There is zero need to drive far away in rush hour at 8. |

						Not so simple PP.
If you're talking D.C./MD there are newer teams worth considering. Achilles, a small number of teams for high level kids: http://salsoccer.com PPA, a flexible step up from rec to travel-lite: https://www.ppateam.com Jouons, recently formed travel-lite in DC: http://www.jouonsfc.com/ |

Haha when we moved here 2 years ago that's what I did. We googled and researched. Rather simple actually |

Anybody have experience with Achilles? We're considering moving our son from his current club. He's currently U9 so will be U10. |

NP. So, your way is always the best way? You must be fun to live with. |
| This is for next fall? Or for the spring? |

My DS is at Achilles in that bracket. He loves the coach and his teammates. I appreciate the coaching, the kids and the types of parents involved. If you've done your research on what your kid needs to excel in soccer at these ages, you'll be pleased when you see a lot of that backed up by the coaches and how they run practices and games and treat their players. It's a small club with a no nonsense leader, which is great for us. It's also a very competitive level and the kids Keep improving at a great rate.
Talk to the coach to get your kid out there. Try out a training session, watch your kid interact with the Achilles kids while you chat with the parents. That's not much commitment but it will go a long way to telling you if thie club is a match. |
