How much have you spent so far for IVF?

IVF - $10,000. Success. She's 15 months old now.
FET - $5,000. Success, but miscarriage at 8 weeks.

We are now pondering if we should do FET #2. I should mention that I have Kaiser, and they pay 50% for the procedure, but does not cover for ICSI, assisted hatching, or medications.

$53,000. Ouch.

Over $100,000 (i.e., over yearly HHI). I never added it all up but totally out of pocket for 5-6 cycles.

We spent about $50K all in for our kids (6 IUIs, 2 fresh cycles, 2 FETs).

OMG!!!

$30,000 for 3 cycles of IVF, $75,000 and counting for gestational carrier. Looking at upto $50,000 more if we need to donor egg.

$150,000 and I stopped counting. Got twins eventually.

Please tell me you finally had a baby???

Including travel expenses....probably over $50,000.

I could never bring myself to fully tally the costs, but it was certainly in the neighborhood of 40k minimum.

This was for roughly an 18 month time frame, and resulted in healthy twins from DE.

First baby? The interesting thing is we noticed a lot less financial impact with the multiple cycles (mostly OOP) for the first than when we had a child and subsequent cycles with insurance coverage and less cycles.

About $23,000- mostly on medication as I thankfully had insurance for IVF
