| They're so big. And it seems to me they get bigger each year. |
Really?
|
| Low socio-economic status of people willing to go on the show. |
Yes. I mean . . . look. |
| Because they are poor and carbs are cheap. |
|
Ah. That makes sense.
Thanks! |
| Why are you so judgmental, OP? And so ugly? |
Looking would involve actually watching that show, so no thanks. |
| I love to watch Judge Judy. It's shocking to see what litigants wear - most all are total slobs. You'd think that if you were going to be on tv, you'd make some attempt to dress appropriately or even semi-professionally... |
| They are poor. Most of America is poor and fat. If you live in DC / NYC / LA / SF then you don't see this unless you step outside the zone. |
| I don't think the participants are that fat. I mean every now and then there is a obese person but most people fall in the normal or overweight category (20 lbs/25 lbs over ideal weight) |
| I watched a few more episodes from YouTube. Man, those people are as bright as stumps! |
+1 |
| Why are you so rude? |
| Carbs and fast food are cheap and easy, and exercising in poor neighborhoods can be risky. It's why most of the poorer people in the US are fat now. |
