I must say, I'm having difficulty understanding this thread.
Let me help you rescue it. Please choose one of the following for your opening sentence (after the title). Your 'How do I get her to switch to Facebook' opening line really fell flat and thrust the thread into an unwanted tangeant. "Help! My friend Molly is addicted to DCUM!" (1) I am afraid she will lose her job (mention how they monitor her internet use, how you've spoken to her but she is unconcerned, etc) (2) I am afraid she will accidentally "out" herself (mention how she is posting such intimate details, you're sure at some point people will be able to identify her; how she's got children in an elite private school and how the whole family will be shunned if her details come to light, etc) (3) And now she can't locate her youngest child (you've asked where the child is, and all she can remember is what she was posting the last time she saw him, which was something or other on the cupcake thread) |

Maybe the original post was intended to get Molly's attention, and not really meant for responses. Maybe Molly is holed up in a barricaded room with only her laptop and DCUM for company, and won't respond to the phone, e-mail or knocks on the door.
Molly, if you are listening, get out for some fresh air and a bite to eat. |
