So it sounds like Awan wants to get his GPS removed in case his kids in Pakistan have an emergency. Also, there may be evidence that he has spent months in Pakistan in past years with no interruption in his pay.

I can’t imagine a judge falling for such a request. If he is allowed to go to Pakistan, you can bet he will never return. I am assuming he still has his passport, which, IMO, is a mistake. |
