The had the worst service and the best food. Every.single.visit.


DH and I still joke about the time we ordered after dinner coffee and dessert and the server informed us that they had run out of coffee….
But we miss it! Got engaged there…

I realize this will be meaningless to most of DCUM, but I recently found out that the pandemic pushed Furr’s Cafeterias out of business. Growing up, the cafeteria chain was practically an institution. Their pies were especially beloved.
