I don’t think a congressional committee can make the determination that someone has broken the law. I think only a judge or a jury can do that.

His campaign finance forms are, predictably, a big fat mess. This is going to be what eventually gets rid of him IMO.

Yep, he's going to get charged with violating campaign finance laws by making fraudulent disclosures. I really can't believe McCarthy isn't getting ahead of this. Kicking Swalwell and Schiff off Intel while handing committee assignments to this obvious fraudster and criminal is a really bad look.
