The Caterpillar Co-op, a small Spanish immersion preschool in Tenleytown, is looking to fill one spot in its class for 3s (3 mornings/week) and one for 4s (5 mornings/week). The tuition depends on the age of the kid; the rates are reasonable.

Does anyone know if there is an Spanish immersion preschool FOR TWOS, in the Maryland/DC area (preferably near the Rockville area)?

Children need to be potty trained for the 4 year old class and it is encouraged for the 3's, but they will work with you if your child is not there yet.
The program id fantastic. We love it!

The Caterpillar Preschool, which is different from the Caterpillar Co-Op (the Co-Op is closing in September and the Preschool is continuing on) has openings in their Spanish Program. It's in Tenleytown.

I too have been searching for Spanish Immersion but have not found any centers in Rockville. Most seem to be in DC

Are you sure about coop vs preschool? There is Communikids in Tenley. Full-immersion Spanish preschool for 2-5 yo, multiple language classes and summer camp is in Tenleytown at 4719 Wisconsin. It used to be in same place as coop, the church on the circle. Communikids is great. We found it via friends in Silver Spring who sent kids there for camp.

Yes, the Co-Op is closing after this school year but the Caterpillar Preschool is staying open and there are openings in the Spanish Immersion Program. There is an Open House on Thursday April 8 from 1:30-3:30pm at 3920 Alton Place, NW Washington DC 20016.
