Hello,

My name is Pauline Tran and I am a Master’s of Public Health candidate at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. My emphasis is on Public Health Communications and Marketing. For my thesis, I am exploring Zika risk perception.

This one-time survey is open to all women at least 18 years of age living in the United States. Women who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant are highly encouraged to participate. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. This study is IRB-approved (IRB: 011739).

After completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a free raffle to win a $25 Amazon gift card. The winner of the raffle will be contacted by end of March.
