Hello,

My name is Pauline Tran and I am a Master’s of Public Health candidate at the George Washington University Milken Institute School of Public Health. My emphasis is on Public Health Communications and Marketing. For my thesis, I am exploring Zika risk perception.

This one-time survey is open to all women at least 18 years of age living in the United States. [b]Women who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant are highly encouraged to participate.[/b] The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. This study is IRB-approved (IRB: 011739).

After completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a free raffle to win a $25 Amazon gift card. The winner of the raffle will be contacted by end of March.
